COACHING FOR CHANGE
Sometimes we want to work with someone more intensively so that our own issues can be addressed.
One to one coaching is very effective is supporting people through change, and enabling the change to happen in a positive way.
In this coaching process, creative techniques will be used to help gain clarity.
One to one coaching can be done face to face or over Skype or telephone and usually requires a commitment of at least 6 weeks.
One-off Review Sessions
Sometimes all we want is a one off session where we can review where we are now and where we are going.
This will be useful for helping re-orientate ourselves. Typically such a session will last 2 to 3 hours and would involve reviewing your objectives, your vision of the future and issues that have caused you to get stuck.
At the end of the session you will have found a way forward, reignited your motivation, in order to step right back into your journey
