I have been working with the two concepts of leadership and creativity for many years now and have tended to keep them separate. However the more I have worked with Leadership, as a coach, trainer and educator, the more I have come to perceive that leadership is very much about creating vision, enthusing passion, energizing and being positive in order to enable people to work with you to co-create a successful team or organisation. These terms are what I believe creativity is all about.
